An intriguingly harmonious and beautifully refined blend of Pinot Gris, Viognier, Chardonnay and Gewurztraminer. A subtle, aromatic wine. Stonefruit on the nose, with a baked apple and creamy texture on the palate.
A rich Merlot-dominant blend with an abundance of black fruit flavours. Approachable, but with a high level of sophistication. Try with pan seared venison and a balsamic jus for extra deliciousness.
This is Central Otago, single vineyard Pinot Noir heaven. Beautifully layered with vibrant acidity and silky tannins, leaving it long and luxurious in the mouth. The stunning label totally deserves a mention too.
A fantastic combination of Hawke’s Bay ripe fruit character and Syrah’s clasically savoury aromas and flavours. A fresh, up-front and lively Syrah with plenty of dark fruit, herbs, violet and spice.
