A beautifully fruity Waipara Pinot Noir. Bright flavours of raspberry, black cherry and dark plum are complemented with soft oak notes and light tannins. A lengthy, delightful, typically scented finish.
This is Central Otago, single vineyard Pinot Noir heaven. Beautifully layered with vibrant acidity and silky tannins, leaving it long and luxurious in the mouth. The stunning label totally deserves a mention too.
The 2016 Merlot displays lifted spicy plums and liquorice on the nose, with juicy, ripe cherries and chocolate on the palate.
The cedary oak is well integrated, the acidity is elegant, and the finish is warm and persistent.
A rich Merlot-dominant blend with an abundance of black fruit flavours. Approachable, but with a high level of sophistication. Try with pan seared venison and a balsamic jus for extra deliciousness.
