This is Central Otago, single vineyard Pinot Noir heaven. Beautifully layered with vibrant acidity and silky tannins, leaving it long and luxurious in the mouth. The stunning label totally deserves a mention too.
Complex aromas of dark fleshy fruit, laced with cardamom and nutmeg along with a touch of leather. Berry fruit flavours with chocolate and a savoury note with textured tannins.
Try it with a traditional roast beef & Yorkshire pudding or for something different try boeuf bourguignon.
